Acceptable Location. Disappointing Security

The location was acceptable. It was close to major attractions.
I encountered a serious security issue. Upon returning to my room, I found the shower running and my soap missing. Clearly, someone had entered. The response from the management was insufficient. They offered only a breakfast ticket for the considerable inconvenience.

The hotel location was perfect. The opera house and royal palace were within a short, easy walk. i enjoyed a room that included a balcony and a spa tub. the staff quickly addressed a concern i had and surprised me with champagne and a fruit tray. the bed was comfortable and ensured restful nights.
I found the room temperature difficult to regulate. Despite adjusting the thermostat, the room seemed to stay a bit cold. i felt some cold air might have been coming from the window.

The room included automatic darkening shades. These were very useful for sleeping. it had a balcony offering an outdoor space, which i enjoyed in the evenings. a spacious bathroom also featured nice, soft towels.
